Are you aware there are certain items and ordinances enforced in HOA communities? Here is a small list of “No’s” in most HOA communities:

• NO soliciting
• NO loitering
• NO illegal parking (includes fines and towing)
• NO loud music, nuisance or disturbances
• NO trash bags on the ground
• NO basketball goals erected in the community
• NO aggressive dogs allowed in the community (i.e. pit bulls)

As a homeowner, make sure that you’re aware of neighborhood enforcements. If unsure, reach out to your management company, if one is in place, or Board of Directors. BE AWARE!
