- Utilize company “FOR SALE” signage for proper home display and curb appeal
- Setup appointment schedules for proper showing and viewing of property
- Identify secured financial arrangements for the prospective buyer (e.g. pre-approval letter)
- Conduct routine open houses, if needed, at attract prospective buyers and induce sales
- Present all purchase offers to client(s) for consideration
- Negotiate selling price in the best interest of the client(s)
- Solicit contractors for appraisals, maintenance and home inspections as needed
- Attend closing/settlement if applicable
