Rainbow Communities Association Management provides a full suite of HOA management services,including:
- Collect/deposit assessments into association's operating account
- Manage accounting records for the association
- Pay all association invoicing
- Prepare monthly/annual operating and expense budgets for the Board's review and approval
- Issue delinquency notices to homeowners systematically
- File liens and judgments on behalf of the Boards of Directors at their discretion
- Enforce covenants, by-laws and ACC regulations and issue violation notices
- Obtain insurance bids
- Secure contractors and vendors for association projects via bidding process
- Maintain and repair common property/elements
- Send notices for all meetings
- Attend and keep minutes for all meetings
- Compose/distribute association updates and alerts to homeowners
- Preserve current membership lists
