Builder Management Services
- Ensure complete review of covenant conditions and regulations, initial HOA guidelines and procedures
- Assist with implementation of Architectural Control Committee to develop the standards governing the design and construction of Lot improvements
- Develop initial HOA budgets, as well as recurring annual budgets
- Act as an intermediary between the Declarant Board, homeowners and its vendors
- Facilitate transition of HOA Board from Developer/Builder-controlled to Homeowner-controlled
- Obtain required bonding insurance for HOA coupled with opening operating and reserve bank accounts
- Negotiate contracts/services for landscaping, utilities and other amenities as required or needed
